Everyone's probably read this already but I just received a copy through BSJ. Another wonderfully haunting book with a slightly bittersweet ending. Hum, the storyline - there's Peri, a young girl who sets out to hex the sea for taking her father, Prince Kir who desperately needs to enter the country under the sea, a sea dragon tethered by a gold chain and the wizard Lyo who releases the dragon. All this wrapped up in McKillip's beautiful prose!--Isabel (11 Aug 99)
