I find Lackey highly variable but did enjoy this series, the first three books anyway, before she started collaborating.--Margaret (19 Oct 00)I read this one when it first came out and enjoyed it. I also had read the second one though I don't remember it. I think they all have romances in it. But the second one was't a keeper for me. I think I found it a little slow moving or boring.
